It passes through primordial forests, streams, mountains, and bamboo forests, offering the participants an excellent opportunity to enjoy the natural landscape of the southern part of the Yangtze Delta and the authentic mountain feeling.
- Race bib and backpack timing chip (provided by the race committee)
- One cell phone (fully charged and turned on)
- One portable cup (no paper cups in any refreshment station)
- One water bottle or water bladder (≥ 1 L)
- One waterproof and breathable full-caulking jacket (hooded, Waterproof Rating ≥ 10000 MM)
- One backpack (can hold all mandatory gear)
- One emergency whistle
- Energy bars or cereal bars (no less than 800kcal)
- One luminous survival blanket (provided by the race committee)
- One main headtorch (with battery) and backup battery
- One warm top with long sleeves (made of wool blend or merino wool)
- One spare headtorch/torch
- Gloves
- Waterproof pants
- One warm middle layer (wool, synthetic cotton, down feather)
- Sun glasses, sports cap
- Dry sacks (for electronic products)
- Trash bags (for personal trash)
- One first aid kit (sterile dressings, medical bandages, antiseptic wipes, band-aids, painkillers, and other personal medications.)
- One GPS watch (with the course track imported)
- Trekking poles
CNH-60, YNH-25 runners can deposit at most one bag no more than 30L at the start location. The bags must be in the storage bag and labeled with the storage sticker provided by the organizing committee. Before the race starts, participants must hand over the bag to the staff at the corresponding storage areas.
The bag deposit service at the starting point is open 1 hour before the race. Participants can pick up the bags with the corresponding BIB. The deadline for picking up the bag is 14:00 on October 19.
The organizing committee will not check the stored items. Please don’t leave valuables or fragile or dangerous items in the deposit bags. Bag owners will be liable for any damage or loss of belongings in the bags or safety accidents.
If the storage bag is not claimed after the competition, you can contact the organizing committee to mail it (SF Express, payment on delivery) within 3 days after the competition. If it is overdue , it will be treated as unclaimed.
