1. Anyone who meets the entry requirements of the competition regulations, regardless of nationality, and the document used to register for the race must be legitimate and valid., as well as being in good health, is eligible to register.
2. Age Requirements:
(1) UTNH-105 and CNH-60 participants must be at least 18 years old and be under the age of 63 on the day of the competition (Born between October 20, 1962, and October 18, 2007, inclusive).Athletes with special invitations are exempt from this requirement.
(2) YNH-25 participants must be at least 18 years old and be under the age of 65 on the day of the competition. (Born between October 20, 1960, and October 19, 2007, inclusive).Athletes with special invitations are exempt from this requirement.
3. Physical Requirements
(1) Trail running is an intensive long-distance competitive sport with high risks, quite physically demanding for its participants. Race competitors should be fit, either habitual runners or people training regularly, and consider their physical conditions and capacity to choose a suitable event.
(2) Race participants will be liable for personal injury and property damage caused by physical or other personal problems during the race. Before registration, the race committee strongly recommends all participants get a physical check-up (including an ECG) at formal healthcare institutions and evaluate their conditions based on the result to decide whether they are fit enough for trail running.
(3) Runners participating in the UTNH-105 and CNH-60 groups must provide proof of completing a race longer than 50 km or two races longer than 40 km within the past 1 year.
(4) Those in one or more of the following conditions are not suitable for Ultra-Trail® Ninghai:
① Congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease; with a family history of sudden death, especially sudden cardiac death;
② Hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;
③ Myocarditis and other heart diseases;
④ Coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia;
⑤ Diabetic patients with hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia;
⑥ Those who caught a cold within two days before the race;
⑦ Over-consumption of liquor or insufficient sleep the night before the race;
⑧ During pregnancy;
⑨ Other medical conditions not suitable for doing sports.

(1) Pre-registration Period: From 10:00 on April 23, 2025, to 18:00 on May 9, 2025.
(2) Announcement of Lottery Results: May 16, 2025. You will receive an email about the lottery results.

UTNH-105: 220 USD/PER
CNH-60: 130 USD/PER
YNH-25: 90 USD/PER
3.Cancellation of registration If participants are unable to participate, no refund service will be provided, and no overseas mailing service will be provided.
The West Gate is the race pack collection location for all groups.
