1. Anyone who meets the entry requirements of the competition regulations, regardless of nationality, and the document used to register for the race must be legitimate and valid, as well as being in good health, is eligible to register.

2. Age Requirements:

(1) UTNH-105 and CNH-60 participants must be at least 18 years old, and be under the age of 65 on the day of the competition.

(2)YNH-25 participants must be at least 16 years old, and be under the age of 65 on the day of the competition.

(3)Minors under 18 can only participate in the race with a declaration signed on-site by their custodians or legal representatives.

3. Physical Requirements

(1)Trail running is an intensive long-distance competitive sport with high risks, quite physically demanding for its participants. Race competitors should be fit, either habitual runners or people training regularly, and consider their physical conditions and capacity to choose a suitable event.

(2)Race participants will be liable for personal injury and property damage caused by physical or other personal problems during the race. Before registration, the race committee strongly recommends all participants get a physical check-up (including ECG) at formal healthcare institutions and evaluate their conditions based on the result to decide whether they are fit enough for trail running.

(3)Those in one or more of the following conditions are not suitable for Ultra-Trail® Ninghai:

[1] Congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease; with a family history of sudden death, especially sudden cardiac death;

[2] Hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;

[3] Myocarditis and other heart diseases;

[4] Coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia;

[5] Diabetic patients with hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia;

[6] Those who caught a cold within two days before the race;

[7] Over-consumption of liquor or insufficient sleep the night before the race;

[8] During pregnancy;

[9] Other medical conditions not suitable for exercise.

1.Registration time

(1) Pre-registration Period: From 10:00 on March 11, 2024, to 18:00 on March 25, 2024.

(2) Announcement of Lottery Results: March 29, 2024. If you are selected, you will receive an email. Please complete the payment within 5 days to obtain your spot.

2.Registration fee

UTNH-105: 200 USD/PER

CNH-60: 130 USD/PER

YNH-25: 80 USD/PER

3.Cancellation of registration

For Overseas runners who register on the UTMB official website, once they pay to confirm their quota, if they are unable to participate, no refund service will be provided, and no overseas mailing service will be provided.

The organizing committee does not collect the passport information of overseas players. Overseas runners who register on the UTMB official website are required to purchase their own insurance.
